LAND OWNED BY HOUSEBUILDERS

Back in November 2017, I used Land Registry data to try to map the land owned by the 11 largest UK housebuilders: more than 42,000 land titles owned via 1,400 subsidiaries.

I was hoping to investigate land banking, but the lack of geospatial data makes it impossible. Read why we still don't know what the housebuilders own.
